This is large medal with beautiful detail. On one side is the Sacred Heart. The other side depicts angels kneeling at the monstrance.

The Spanish writing reads:
Side 1 - "Parish St. Augustine of Sierra"
Side 2 - "Brotherhood of the Sacrament"

St. Augustine is recognised as a preeminent Doctor of the Church. He is he patron saint of brewers, printers, theologians, the alleviation of sore eyes, and a number of cities and dioceses.
