The Olive Tree & me
I am blessed to be a wife & mother of three beautiful children, I work with my husband in the area of design, while homeschool my three children.
A deep desire for a little but beautiful Catholic Store often occupied my thoughts...
"My Faith is the most precious thing I have..."
My deepest wish is to leave a Faith filled heritage for my children... It's the only thing Indispensable I have to pass on to them...
At The Olive Tree, All the products created as well as the details associated to them are all deep in meaning and teachings ... I try to incorporate as best as I can and build up slowly but surely essential Church & Saintly teachings, both; on this website and around the products created... so that hopefully, one day my children will be able to remember and rediscover the beauty of our faith through this heritage that has over time ... been finely woven here for them with affection by their Mother that loves them so dearly.
In addition, by simply experiencing ... rosaries being made at home and by helping me prepare orders, it opens a door to questions and dialogue, thus giving us the opportunity to share and explore together the root stories in history, sources and meanings associated to our Faith... this is to me, a creative and living way to arouse their curiosity. All these special moments shared together refines their knowledge that is so scarce and essential nowdays.

WHY The Olive Tree?
The Olive Tree is very special to me, since, the Garden of Olives was where Jesus was alone and suffered so dearly before his crucifixion ...
Going a little farther, he fell with his face to the ground and prayed, “My Father, if it is possible, may this cup be taken from me. Yet not as I will, but as you will.” Matthew 26:36-46
"Not as I will, but as you will." Meditating on these words over and over again transforms... all unaccepted suffering is transformed into accepted sacrifice. All my hard times and trials become worth while and are transformed when accepted. They become beautiful...
“My soul is overwhelmed with sorrow to the point of death. Stay here and keep watch with me.” he said.
I wish I was that Olive tree nearest to Jesus, ...faithfully present all night by his side in the Garden of Olives...so that he would not have had to be alone.

A big thank you to Meme for planting
the seed of faith in my heart when i was just a little girl * ... It’s the most beautiful gift I have ever recieved.
This is the only and most important gift i would like to sew in my childrens hearts.
If they have a firm faith when they grow up, then i will be at peace as i know that they will always be content and safe in whatever circumstances they face. As their trust in Jesus & the deep love of their Father in heaven & for Our Lady will always keep their hearts warm in winter days...
